Appointment Availability:
I allot a specific number of slots in my caseload to insurance clients and a specific number to self pay/out of network clients. Right now I do have a few immediate openings for self pay. My insurance waitlist is 6 months. Feel free to contact me for current self pay availability or to be added to my waitlist for insurance.
My Private Pay rates as of January 1, 2023 are:
$250 - New Client Initial Intake Appointment (50-53 minutes)
$200 - Individual Therapy Session (50-53 minutes)

American Express, Discover, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Health Savings Accounts (HSA), Mastercard, Visa
Insurance:
I am currently in network with most insurance providers. Despite me being on an insurance panel, your specific plan may not have mental health benefits. In these cases, I would be considered an Out-Of-Network provider (see below) and your session rate would be $250/$200 due at the time of service.
It is recommended that you call your insurance provider to verify coverage for outpatient mental (behavioral) health services. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible, and has it been met?
- How many sessions per the calendar year does my plan cover?
- What is my copay/client responsibility portion?
- Is my insurance plan HSA/FSA eligible?
Out-of-Network:
I accept clients who are using out-of-network benefits. This means each client is responsible for payment of the private pay fee at the time of the session. You will be provided access to a patient portal where you will be able to download the appropriate paperwork to receive reimbursement from your insurance company. It is recommended that you call your insurance provider to verify out-of-network coverage for outpatient mental (behavioral) health services. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible, and has it been met?
- How many sessions per the calendar year does my plan cover?
- How much will I be reimbursed for out-of-network providers?
- What is the required documentation and what address do I submit claims to?
